PostSubject: Saiga Semi Auto Shotgun   Tue Nov 30, 2010 8:26 pm

I transferred in a Saiga Semi Auto Shotgun for a friend of mine today and I have to tell you I was impressed! It is a Russian design and was in 410 gauge. Came with a ten capacity magazine and my my the thing looks awesome. It comes in 20 and 12 gauge! There is a barrel magazine that holds 40 shells or so and can you imaging the firepower in a 12 gauge with that many shells!!!! OMG!! Can you even comprehend what the weight of it would be fully loaded. 12 gauge, semiauto with 40 rounds!!! Damn!!! We are going to go out and shoot it nest week and I am anxious to see what 10 rounds of 410 gauge will do. It might just be a really neat home defense option! I thought it was a little pricey but hey, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder!! I will let you know more about the little toy after we take it out to see what it will do!!

My shooting buddy picked one up a few months ago in 12 ga. for 5 bills. It IS an awesome weapom. It is based on the AK design so it will be virtually undestructable. It will make a mess out of anything you atr shooting at.

That is the little gem and they make a barrel magazine for it! The firepower you can carry with the thing is just amazing. Never had much respect for a 410 but with that many rounds and virtually no recoil to deal with it may just fill a huge need in the personlal security market. My buddy bought it for his daughter that lives in Alabama and she will takt ir home with her after th eholidays! I have thought about it lots in teh past week or so and it makes sense for someone not used to shooting larger guns when they can handle this thing with lots of rounds available. I would think twice about approaching in a confined space with this thing looking at me!!!

The 410 is a great defence round for in house situations. You dont have to worry too much about blowing out one of your neighbors, and at 20 or 30 feet it will put a ragged 2 inch hole in the perp.

I am looking forward to taking it out to the range and seeing what it will do! I can just imagine an idiot walking into a house with a small woman on the other end of this thing when it goes off once, twice and the the third time and there are still twenty to thirty more rounds left!!! Talk about picking the wrong place to be!!! LMAO!

For under $500 you can have your vision satisfied. it is an awesome weapon. It breaks down just like an AK.

How about a 12 ga. 30 rounder loaded with anti-personel rounds.

If you were in the confines of a house and a lady handling it that could be a bit much! However for us that would be quite a weapon for home defense. I believe it is the best solution for a home defense shotgun I have ever run across. Sure do like the magazine approach for the thing!!!

Huh? What's the use in hunting them then? Just to vaporize them? That would be a waste. Did you ever have pheasant? Mighty tasty. Would rather go for towel heads, with the sear filed down.

I still don't have my Henry Lever action or that Rossi Revolving Rifle.
But!!!!! By the end of 2011 I will, have the Henry that is. And maybe the Rossi if they are being sold yet.

Well hell's bells it;s almost the end now, partner. Go out and get your toys, maybe when you get them you'll be a little less apprehensive and be less likely to chatise me. LMAOX6
